These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PostPrince marketplace located at https://postprince.com (the "Site" or "Marketplace"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Definitions Term Definition "Marketplace" The PostPrince platform connecting buyers and sellers "Buyer" A user who purchases products through the Marketplace "Seller" A verified vendor who lists and sells products on the Marketplace "Products" Fashion, grooming, accessories, watches, gadgets, care, wellness, and lifestyle items listed by Sellers "Order" A purchase request made by a Buyer through the Marketplace "WISH Money" A third-party digital payment service accepted on the Marketplace "COD" Cash on Delivery payment method "Rewards Points" Loyalty credits earned through purchases and platform engagement 3. Eligibility & Account Registration 3.1 Eligibility Requirements To use PostPrince, you must: Be at least 16 years of age Be located in Lebanon or able to receive deliveries within Lebanon Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration 3.2 Account Registration You must create a user account to purchase or sell on PostPrince You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials You must notify us immediately at support@postprince.com of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms 3.3 Account Types Account Type Purpose Key Features Buyer Account Purchase products, track orders, earn rewards Order history, buyer dashboard, wishlist, rewards tracking Seller Account List products, manage inventory, receive orders Storefront management, product publishing, order fulfillment, seller dashboard 4. Marketplace Overview 4.1 Platform Role PostPrince operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. We provide the platform and infrastructure for: Sellers to list, promote, and sell their products Buyers to browse, purchase, and review products Secure transactions through COD and WISH Money Delivery coordination within Lebanon 4.2 Not a Retailer We do not own, manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell the Products listed on the Marketplace. Product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability are the responsibility of individual Sellers. PostPrince acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers. 4.3 Verified Sellers All Sellers on PostPrince are vetted and verified to ensure quality standards. However, verification does not constitute a guarantee of product quality or Seller performance. We monitor Seller activity and may remove Sellers who violate our standards. 5. Buyer Terms 5.1 Placing Orders Product availability is subject to Seller inventory and is not guaranteed until order confirmation Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice All Orders are subject to Seller acceptance and confirmation We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order at our discretion 5.2 Order Confirmation Upon placing an Order, you will receive an email confirmation A second confirmation will be sent when the Seller accepts and processes your Order Orders are not binding until both Buyer and Seller confirmations are complete 5.3 Product Descriptions Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications PostPrince makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that descriptions are error-free If a product differs materially from its description, contact us for resolution 5.4 Pricing & Promotions All prices are subject to change without notice Promotional codes, discounts, and sale pricing have specific terms and expiration dates We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices 5.5 Rewards Program Buyers may earn Rewards Points through purchases, reviews, referrals, and platform engagement Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts Points may expire after a specified period of inactivity PostPrince may modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time Fraudulent point accumulation will result in account suspension 6. Payment Terms 6.1 Accepted Payment Methods Method Description Cash on Delivery (COD) Pay in cash or WISH Money when your order is delivered WISH Money Digital payment through the WISH Money platform 6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the delivery partner Buyers must have the exact amount or arrange change with the delivery partner Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability or refusal to pay may result in cancellation Repeated COD failures may result in account restrictions 6.3 WISH Money WISH Money transactions are processed through the WISH Money platform By selecting WISH Money, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy Payment confirmations are shared with PostPrince for order processing WISH Money disputes should be directed to WISH Money customer support 6.4 Payment Security PostPrince does not store credit card, debit card, or banking information All payment data is handled by the respective payment providers We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmission 6.5 Fees & Taxes Product prices are set by individual Sellers Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed before order confirmation All prices include applicable VAT where required by Lebanese law Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties on international shipments 7. Shipping & Delivery 7.1 Delivery Areas PostPrince serves delivery locations within Lebanon Delivery availability may vary by Seller and product category Specific delivery zones and fees will be communicated at checkout 7.2 Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times are provided by Sellers and are not guaranteed Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, carrier delays, or other factors You will receive tracking updates when available 7.3 Delivery Responsibility Sellers are responsible for packaging products securely Delivery partners are responsible for timely delivery to the provided address Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery confirmation 7.4 Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will contact you to arrange redelivery Multiple failed attempts may result in order cancellation Cancellation fees may apply for repeated failures 7.5 Order Tracking Order status is available through your buyer dashboard You will receive notifications at key stages: confirmation, processing, shipped, delivered For tracking issues, contact the Seller or PostPrince support 8. Returns & Refunds 8.1 Return Eligibility Products may be eligible for return if: The product is damaged, defective, or not as described The wrong product was delivered The return request is made within the Seller's specified return window The product is in its original condition with all packaging and tags 8.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are generally not eligible for return: Used, worn, or damaged products (beyond transit damage) Products without original packaging or tags Personal care items that have been opened Customized or personalized products Final sale or clearance items (as specified by the Seller) 8.3 Return Process Initiate Return — Contact the Seller or PostPrince support within the return window Inspection — The Seller will inspect the returned product Approval — Returns are approved if they meet eligibility criteria Refund — Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of approval 8.4 Refund Methods Original Payment Refund Method COD (Cash) Store credit or bank transfer (as arranged) COD (WISH Money) WISH Money refund WISH Money WISH Money refund 8.5 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped For defective products, Sellers will provide a prepaid return label Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to Seller error 8.6 Damaged or Defective Products Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery Provide photos and description of the issue Sellers will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate 8.7 Seller Disputes If you have a dispute with a Seller: Contact the Seller directly to resolve the issue If unresolved, escalate to PostPrince support at support@postprince.com PostPrince will mediate and make a fair determination Our decision is final but does not prevent you from pursuing legal remedies 9. Seller Terms 9.1 Seller Eligibility To become a Seller on PostPrince, you must: Be a legally registered business or individual vendor in Lebanon Provide valid identification and business documentation Agree to these Terms and the Seller Guidelines Maintain quality standards set by PostPrince 9.2 Seller Responsibilities Sellers are responsible for: Accurate Listings — Providing truthful product descriptions, images, and pricing Inventory Management — Ensuring listed products are available for purchase Order Fulfillment — Processing and shipping orders within agreed timeframes Customer Service — Responding to buyer inquiries and resolving disputes Product Quality — Ensuring all products meet safety and quality standards Compliance — Following all applicable Lebanese laws and regulations 9.3 Seller Fees PostPrince may charge sellers a commission fee on each sale Fee structures are communicated during seller onboarding Fees may be adjusted with 30 days' notice Unpaid fees may result in account suspension 9.4 Product Listings Sellers retain ownership of their product content (images, descriptions, branding) By listing products, you grant PostPrince a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Marketplace We may edit listings for formatting, clarity, or compliance purposes Prohibited products will be removed and may result in account suspension 9.5 Seller Performance We monitor seller performance metrics including: Order fulfillment rate Customer satisfaction and ratings Response time to inquiries Return and dispute rates Compliance with these Terms Sellers who consistently underperform may face warnings, restrictions, or account termination. 9.6 Account Suspension PostPrince may suspend or terminate a Seller account if: The seller violates these Terms or Seller Guidelines Product quality or customer service falls below acceptable standards Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected The seller fails to respond to disputes or complaints The seller's business license or registration is invalid or expired 10. Reviews & User Content 10.1 Product Reviews Buyers may submit reviews and ratings for purchased products Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience We reserve the right to remove reviews that are: False, misleading, or defamatory Contain profanity, hate speech, or personal attacks Include personal information (yours or others') Promote competing products or services Violate any applicable law 10.2 Seller Reviews Buyers may rate their experience with individual Sellers Seller ratings contribute to verified status and marketplace visibility Sellers may respond to reviews publicly 10.3 User-Generated Content License By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to PostPrince, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content on the Site and in marketing materials. 10.4 Editorial Content PostPrince publishes editorial guides, style tips, and curated content This content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice We strive for accuracy but do not warrant the completeness or reliability of editorial content 11. Intellectual Property 11.1 PostPrince Property All content on the Site, including but not limited to: The PostPrince name, logo, and branding Site design, layout, and code Editorial content, guides, and curated collections Marketing materials and promotional content is the intellectual property of PostPrince and is protected by Lebanese and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 11.2 Seller Property Sellers retain ownership of their product listings, images, descriptions, and branding Sellers grant PostPrince a license to display this content on the Marketplace Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all content they submit 11.3 Third-Party Property Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners Their use on PostPrince does not imply endorsement or affiliation Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is prohibited 11.4 Permitted Use You may: View, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use Share product links on social media with attribution to PostPrince Reference PostPrince in editorial or academic contexts with proper attribution You may not: Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission Use PostPrince content for commercial purposes without authorization Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index Site content 12. Disclaimers 13.1 No Warranty THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 13.2 Marketplace Disclaimer PostPrince is a platform connecting Buyers and Sellers. We do not: Manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell Products Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of Seller products Warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure Endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or links 13.3 Product Disclaimer Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by Sellers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product information is complete, current, or error-free. Color, size, and material variations may occur. 14. Limitation of Liability 14.1 Liability Cap TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LEBANESE LAW, POSTPRINCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO POSTPRINCE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 14.2 Excluded Damages IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTPRINCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity Loss of data or business interruption Personal injury or property damage Consequential damages arising from product use 14.3 Seller Liability Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, and interactions with Buyers. PostPrince is not liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising from Seller actions or product quality issues, except where we have been grossly negligent or acted in bad faith. 15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostPrince, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: Your use of the Site Your violation of these Terms Your infringement of any third-party rights Your products (if you are a Seller) Your reviews or user-generated content 16. Dispute Resolution 16.1 Good Faith Negotiation Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. Contact support@postprince.com to initiate this process. 16.2 Mediation If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Lebanon before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs will be shared equally between parties. 16.3 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles. 16.4 Jurisdiction Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lebanon. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts. 17. Modifications to Terms PostPrince reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through: Email notification to registered users Prominent notice on the Site Updated "Last Updated" date on this page Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates. 18. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 19. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PostPrince regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. 20. Force Majeure PostPrince shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions Power outages, telecommunications failures, or internet disruptions Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures 21.
