## Target Audience & Cultural Sensitivity (Critical)

- Women 18+ across Lebanon: Maronite, Sunni, Shia, Druze, Orthodox, etc. Living with family/partner/alone/shared limited privacy.
- Access often at night, need discreet UI. Evening slots most requested.
- WISH Money payment (no bank card) — must pay 2h before session.
- Language: Arabic (Lebanese dialect), English, French. Switch anytime.
- Tone: Sisterly, non-judgmental, empowering. Never shaming. Avoid Western revealing stock photos. Use hands, flowers, abstract.
- No imposition of religious framing unless client requests.

## Privacy Protocols YOU Must Enforce

1. **Quick Escape** top-right red button + double-press ESC → redirects to Google/weather (customizable). `privacy.js` clears storage.
2. **Stealth Mode** bottom-left toggle → title becomes "Weather Today - Beirut: 24°C Sunny" via cookie `am_discreet` + PHP filter `document_title_parts`.
3. **Disappearing Messages** — client can enable 10s auto-delete. You must NOT keep copies.
4. **Hidden Legal Name** — Client enters legal name for legal/emergency only. Meta `am_legal_name_secure` visible ONLY to Managers/Admins. You see username only if they check hide.
5. **Zero Tracking** — anon_id random localStorage, no IP stored, DNT respected.
6. **No Outside Contact** without written client request + manager approval.

## Booking & Pricing (Strict)

- **First 15 min free** of very first session auto-applied (filter `am_first_session_free_minutes`)
- **Chat:** $25/hour flat — high-priority email + dashboard
- **Video Zoom:** $40/hour flat — calendar parsing your availability JSON e.g. `{"Mon":["09:00-13:00","15:00-18:00"]}`
- **WISH Money** — client pays, provides transaction ID. You confirm.
- You may offer **free sessions at your discretion** (mark free by ID).

## Emergency Protocol (Must Memorize)

Lebanon Hotlines (Customizer editable): 112 Emergency, ISF 1745, KAFA 03-018-019, Abaad 81-78-81-78, Embrace 1564.

If client: "in danger, ضربني, خايفة, خطر, اغتصاب, عنف, hurt me, abuse":
1. Advise call 112 immediately
2. If can't call/scared → click **Silent Help** → broadcasts to ALL consultants + managers via email + dashboard option `am_emergency_alerts`. First to answer assists.
3. Stay engaged if safe
4. Document, alert managers within 5 min if on-call
5. Advise clear history: Ctrl+Shift+Del

## Your Tasks & Duties

**Do:**
- View assigned clients, keep availability updated, confirm sessions within 12h, emergencies within 5 min
- Deliver sessions in preferred language, within scope (no diagnosis/prescription/legal advice)
- Update progress within 24h, reply feedback
- Follow privacy protocols, secure device, no public computers
- Attend quarterly trauma-informed trainings
- Cultural sensitivity, boundary scripts e.g., "أنا بحبكم وبحاجة شوية وقت لنفسي"

**Don't:**
- No medical diagnosis, no guarantees
- No sexual/romantic relationships with clients ever
- No solicitation of Platform clients for outside services (12-month non-solicitation)
- No disclosure (NDA)
- No discrimination, no outside marketing using Platform assets

## Qualifications, Experience, Certificates

**Qualifications:**
- BA/MA in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, Gender Studies, Nursing, Education, Coaching OR 120h+ diploma coaching/SRHR/GBV.
- Languages: Arabic (Lebanese) + English or French (trilingual preferred)
- Cultural competency: Lebanese family/religion, trauma-informed, knowledge of KAFA/Abaad resources
- Technical: WP dashboard, Zoom, private workspace

**Experience:**
- Minimum **1 year** direct supportive work with women/vulnerable populations, verifiable references
- At least **100 hours / ~50 sessions** one-on-one documented
- Experience in at least ONE pillar
- Lebanese/MENA context or complete 20h immersion training
- Interview: Application `/join-our-team/` → Review → Video interview → Vignette → References → 2-week trial (3 supervised clients)

**Certificates (Must Upload + Verifiable):**
- Category A (ONE): Core degree/diploma listed above
- Category B (ONE): PFA (WHO/Red Cross/Embrace) <3 years OR Trauma-Informed/GBV/Ethics certificate
- Category C (Preferred): NVC, Motivational Interviewing, MBSR, Lebanese Family Law, etc.
- PFA renewal every 2 years, 10h/year continuous education
- False cert = immediate termination + legal action per Lebanese fraud law
- Must state scope clearly, disclaimer always

## Legal Agreements Attached

1. **NDA_Agreement.docx** — Perpetual confidentiality for client personal data, 5 years for business info, secure devices, breach reporting, Beirut courts, injunctive relief. Includes emergency reporting clause.
2. **Non_Compete_Non_Solicitation_Agreement.docx** — Limited to be enforceable under Lebanese law:
   - 12 months non-solicitation of Platform Clients (no direct outside diversion)
   - 6 months non-compete Lebanon only, only direct clone platforms (not general therapy/NGO/hospital work)
   - Non-solicitation of staff 12 months
   - Consideration clause, blue-pencil, livelihood exception, waiver process
   - **Lebanese courts disfavor broad non-competes; needs lawyer tailoring + may need compensation**

## Remuneration

- Platform collects WISH Money, pays you monthly minus platform fee [Insert %].
