1. Terms & Conditions for Consultants (Summary)

• Role: Wellness consultant, NOT medical doctor/psychiatrist. Never diagnose, prescribe, or give legal advice. Always show disclaimer: "We are not medical doctors or certified mental health professionals."
• Scope: Supportive listening, psychoeducation, boundary scripts, gentle routines for 4 pillars. Stay within scope.
• Privacy: Must enforce Quick Escape, Stealth Mode, disappearing messages, hidden legal names. No outside contact without client explicit request + manager approval. Secure device, no public computers.
• Emergency: If client reports danger (ضربني, خايفة, خطر, اغتصاب, in danger, abuse), advise 112, offer Silent Help, stay, alert managers within 5 min, document, advise clear history.
• Pricing: Chat $25/h, Video $40/h flat, first 15 min free auto. WISH Money 2h before, you confirm transaction. May offer free sessions at discretion (goodwill, unpaid).
• Conduct: No sexual/romantic relationships with clients ever, no discrimination, no dual relationships, no use of client data for personal marketing.
• Remuneration: Platform collects WISH Money, pays you monthly minus platform fee [Specify % — e.g., 20%] via WISH/OMT/bank. Independent contractor, taxes in Lebanon. 14 days termination notice, immediate for ethical breach.
• Training: Quarterly trauma-informed trainings mandatory, 10h/year continuous ed.
• Governing Law: Lebanon, Beirut courts, 30-day mediation before litigation.

2. NDA — Confidentiality (Summary Full Text in Downloads)

Client personal data (legal names am_legal_name_secure, chats, survey, WISH TX, emergency alerts, anon behavioral) = perpetual confidentiality. Business info (matching, pricing, AI prompts) = 5 years post-termination. No disclosure to third parties, no copying outside dashboard, no re-identification, secure devices, breach report 24h, existence of client relationship itself confidential, cultural sensitivity no disclosure of religion/sexual/family even anonymized without explicit consent + full anonymization. Return/delete within 7 days upon termination. Injunctive relief in Beirut courts.

3. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation (Summary — Full Text in Downloads)

Narrowly tailored for Lebanese enforceability: 12 months non-solicitation of Platform Clients for outside competing services (general ads allowed, if client independently finds you must disclose to Manager 48h). 6 months non-compete Lebanon only, only direct clone platforms replicating exact model (privacy-first matching + disappearing + Quick Escape + WISH + 4 pillars). Does NOT prevent general therapy, hospital, clinic, NGO (KAFA/Abaad), academic, own private practice not using Platform assets. Non-solicitation of staff 12 months. Consideration = access to clients, training, AI tools, free tier marketing. Blue-pencil clause, livelihood exception, waiver process. Must be reviewed by Lebanese lawyer; may need garden leave compensation.

4. Qualifications & Certificates Required

Min 1 year direct supportive work with women/vulnerable (100h/50 sessions), verifiable refs, experience in ONE pillar, Lebanese/MENA context or 20h immersion. Interview: Application → Review → Video interview → Vignette → Refs → 2-week trial 3 supervised clients.

Certificates: Category A ONE core degree (BA/MA Psych/Counseling/Social Work/Public Health/Gender/Nursing/Education OR 120h+ coaching diploma OR SRHR/GBV/Women Empower cert KAFA/Abaad/UNFPA) + Category B ONE ethics/safety (PFA WHO/Red Cross/Embrace <3y OR Trauma-Informed/GBV/Ethics) + Category C preferred (NVC, Motivational Interviewing, MBSR, etc.). PFA renewal 2y, 10h/year ed. False cert = immediate termination + fraud per Lebanese law.

Terms & Conditions: I have read & agree to consultant Terms, scope (not medical), privacy protocols, emergency protocol, pricing (Chat $25/h, Video $40/h, first 15min free), remuneration, 14-day notice, Lebanon law, disclaimer.
